Anthony focuses on the preparation and prosecution of US and international patent applications in the electrical, software and mechanical arts. He also performs patentability searches, prepares non-infringement, invalidity, freedom to use, and opposition opinions, and also prepares and prosecutes trademark, design patent, plant patent, and plant variety protection certificate applications.
Anthony’s technical expertise includes medical devices, industrial automation, wireless communication, semiconductors, analog and digital circuits, electronics, high voltage power distribution, batteries, appliances, lighting, printing, databases, search engines, DNA sequencers, medical imaging (CT, US, MR, X-ray, PET, and SPECT), and security scanners (CT and X-ray).
Anthony previously worked as a software/electrical engineer at a large international medical imaging company. His experience included image reconstruction and processing, analog and digital circuit design, and motion control. He contributed to the development of a radiation-treatment software application for a CT scanner.
